On this page are some of the videos I have filmed, edited or otherwise contributed to. The videos range in age from some of the first videos I ever made to longermore recent projects. While they are not all my best work, I enjoyed making every single one of them and can say proudly that I made it.
A highlight reel showcasing my work. Is in the works currently and is to be complete before 2025.
Produced entirely in a four and a half hour window in early January of 2024, this mini documentary style video was made for fun with a friend, intended to be a little over the top with elements of Netflix true crime documentaries about a very light and non-dramatic subject.
Made in December of 2022, this was one of my first large news packages produced for DPNews. Interviewing a student at the school who started his own woodworking business, the video isn't the best, breaking the 180 rule. This video was submitted to a STN remote contest and the feedback given from the judges was incredibly valuable and helped me improve greatly.
This video was entered into the STN News Story challenge and won 4th place. Made in a little under a week by myself and 2 of my friends it is the one of the few videos where I am on camera. Definitely not my finest work by far but so far my only award winning piece. More info about this project on my home page.
I worked as a videographer, doing setup and backstage filming for a Kids Helping Kids benefit concert in the Arlington Theatre. I was asked to help by Myles Shaddix, one of the main student volunteers helping organize the event.
My contest entry for the 2024 STN Convention in Long Beach. This contest, unlike the others, is a 3 days long and open edit. The other contests are around 6 hours long or less and have mandatory editing time in a designated location. Coming March 18th.
A morning show created during the STN ’Crazy 8s’ competition where large teams, in our case about 30, work within an 8 hour window to create a 8 minute long morning show, magazine show, short film, documentary, and others.
Made in October of 2021, this music video was created over a 3 day weekend and submitted to STN Fall Nationals. One of the first serious video projects I've ever worked on, I storyboarded, filmed, edited, and directed the entire film. Featuring a love story between 2 of my classmates at the time, Aidan Myers and Lukas Ginder, this project is definitely not my finest work, yet I had a lot of fun making the project.
Created in late 2023, this project was made for my IB film class over one weekend. A short documentary about a somewhat local airsoft field and why the people who attend enjoy the recreational activity.
